Exchange and right of return

We ask the buyer to check the condition of the goods received immediately upon receipt. He has the right to return the wines within 10 days of delivery without giving reasons (webshop orders to Cave Amann SA, Weinplatz, Blumenwiesstrasse 6 in 9220 Bischofszell). The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer. Upon receipt of the goods, any purchase price already paid will be refunded or credited to the customer, provided they are in perfect condition.

Defective wines

Wines that are opened after the 10 days mentioned above and show a defect (e.g. cork taint) can only be replaced by wines of equal value under the following conditions:
