While La Màs Bonita, as Pablo also calls his lady of the heart, creates the hip and provocative designs, El Chico Malo, alias Pablo, lives his passion for the art of winemaking with heart and soul. He cultivates 20 hectares of vineyards, which are mainly planted with Monastrell. Monastrell - not the winemaker's best friend - but Pablo masters the challenge with bravura and attention to detail, producing wines with sophistication, warmth, depth and modernity. While tasting a new wine, Karel raved that this wine was to die for - and the name of the wine was found - DEMUERTE. The two are freaks and extremely down-to-earth at the same time.
